Our Team

The Sundance Team — Over 100 Years of Experience in Property Management, Real Estate, and Investment Services


As Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Sundance Property Management, LLC, Russ brings over 40 years of real estate and banking experience to the company. Working closely with property owners and banking associates he heads up all real estate acquisitions and transactions. Prior to founding Sundance, Russ served as President of Fath Management, a regional multi-family investment and management company, and was responsible for over 6,000 apartment units nationwide. In addition to his extensive property management and real estate experience, Russ also formally served on The Board of Directors for Sycamore National Bank.

Russ is licensed in the state of South Carolina as a Licensed Property Manager in Charge and served on the Board of the Harbor Ridge Condominium Association.

Outside of the office, Russ enjoys hiking with Sundance’s self-proclaimed mascot, Chester, a borderdoodle. He is a lifelong golfer and enjoys spending time with his three kids.

Russ received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters of Management from Northwestern University.

Deborah Kitching
President and Controller

As President and co-founder of Sundance Property Management, LLC, Debbie has over 35 years of experience in real estate accounting and real estate acquisitions. Debbie’s responsibilities include management of all finance, accounting and back-office functions as well as management of personnel at Sundance.

Debbie serves on the Liberty Township Finance Committee and the Health Insurance Committee and is a CPA (inactive).

Debbie obtained her Bachelors of Business Administration from St. Norbert College.

As Chief Operating Officer, Tony brings over 20 years of real estate experience. Tony joined Sundance Property Management, LLC, in 2015 as a result of a merger with Penklor Realty. He is currently responsible for all business development, acquisitions, and capital improvements for Sundance. He specializes in repositioning properties and he has overseen over $100M in renovations. Prior to his role with Sundance, Tony served as the Vice President of Property Management at Penklor from 2009 to 2015.

Tony is a real estate broker in Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee for Sundance.

Tony received his Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University.

Michelle Cinnamon Flores
Vice President of Finance

As Vice President of Finance Michelle brings over 20 years of finance and accounting experience. Michelle joined Sundance Property Management in 2007, her responsibilities include managing all investor and lender relations, administration of all closings, as well as overseeing all real estate tax issues for the corporation. Prior to Sundance Michelle was a Controller in the hospitality industry and an Accounting Manager for a retail operation in Mexico.

Michelle received both her Bachelor of Business Administration and International Option Certificate from the University of Cincinnati.

Jessica joined Sundance Property Management in February 2014. As Director of Property Management for the Southeast, she oversees South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina portfolios.

Jessica has over 17 years of property management experience. She gained her experience working in various roles, beginning as a leasing consultant and working her way to Regional Manager. She has extensive experience in all aspects of operations and has managed numerous asset types in her career. Ranging from A-C class, she’s managed a variety of asset types including lease-ups, value-add, re-stabilizations, stabilized multifamily, and has overseen capital renovations. She specializes in operations, recruiting and developing team members, improving resident retention, and budget management.

Jessica holds a South Carolina Realtor’s license.


As Director of Property Management for the Midwest, Jennifer brings over 18 years of property management experience. Jennifer joined Sundance in 2021, her responsibilities include managing property operations for Sundance’s Midwest region which entails almost 6,000 units within Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. With this she brings a passion for providing the best experience for both employees and residents.

Jennifer is a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) and a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). Jennifer currently serves on committees for the Greater Dayton Apartment Association.

When Jennifer isn’t working, she is usually taking her two daughters to sporting events or dance classes and spending time with her incredible husband.



As Director of Marketing, McKenna brings over five years of property management experience. McKenna is responsible for Sundance’s marketing, communication strategies and training, on-site and corporate branding.

McKenna joined Sundance in 2017 as a leasing consultant, later becoming a property manager in Cincinnati, Ohio. As Sundance continued growing in the southeast, McKenna transferred to Charleston to kick off management in this new market in 2018. McKenna was promoted to District Manager of the Charleston region before assuming her current role as Director of Marketing.

Outside of work, McKenna can usually be found outdoors and enjoys pickleball, soccer, golf, and hiking. McKenna is a photographer and loves to share her travels and adventures with others. McKenna volunteers with the American Heart Association.

McKenna received a Bachelor of Arts in Historic Preservation and Community Planning from the College of Charleston.
